I had the best experience and will be back. Every detail was very good from the beginning, including staff and location, I really enjoyed it. Decorated bedroom and marble-lined bathroom. Restaurant in hotel was reasonably priced and the pool area was good.

Our favourite hotel in Windermere, we would recommend it. The location was marvellous and the staff were excellent. The downtown is within 20 minutes' walk. Greatly enjoyed that they had onsite restaurant 1881, no need to go somewhere else.

Great location, very LOYAL staff. Hotel was adjacent to such places as brockhole lake district visitor centre.
